why do i have veiny arms?
i wanted to ask this question for so long but i always get” i dunno” the veins run where my knuckles are and go up halfway up my arms… its veiny i hate it…
hahah.. no i dont lift weights… i am thin however…and no i dont take steroids…i am fair skinned i dont tan at all… im ivory skinned.. lightest shade of skin color..
Well there could be a number of reasons why, one possibility is called vasodilation, usually occurs when your body is hot & wants to cool down by increasing the heat loss from the surface of the skin. As someone else mentioned it could be that you’re skinny, as opposed to people who are fat so that’s why you’re able to see your veins more than you would on a person with more body fat. The increased appearance of veins also shows more in people who train more, since there’s an increased need for more blood to get to respiring cells to provide oxygen. The increased bloodflow, causes your veins & arteries to stretch out, in particular the ones (arteries) that have more flexible walls.
